Job Skills: Post Graduation in business / marketing with 5+ yrs of experience is essential. Prior experience in Retail/Food joint is an added advantage. A minimum of 3 yrs in the Kuwait market is expected. Excellent communication skills with an ability to convince others is necessary. Good presentation skills and networking capability is required. Should be bilingual (English /Arabic). Should be able to bring in new ideas and implement necessary strategies to attract new clients and maintain the existing clientele. Strong Analytical skills, Solid planning skills and project management skills ,Strong written and oral communications skills, Computer proficiency including a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint is needed.

Job Description: •Market the services to clients in an effective manner.
•Maintain client loyalty and build close client relationships .
•Develop client base and prospects for potential clients .
•Should set targets and deliver in terms of acquiring new clients .
•Formulate proposals and creative advertising solutions to increase business.
•Work closely with Management to forecast revenues and prospect clients
•Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of client needs .
•Manage the development and execution of key marketing programs that strengthen the brand and drive restaurant sales growth.
•Work with restaurant marketing team and provide direction to and/or coordinate efforts of product development, operations, agencies and other external and internal partners to manage programs from start to finish.
•Statistics Oriented with hands on Advertisement methodologies and e-marketing practices
